By the SEE Spa is place she calls her safe haven, where faces are her canvases, where she makes women look and feel beautiful. That’s her aha moment. She empowers woman to take care of their skin and teaches them customized artistry techniques to enhance themselves.
In 2016, Shawna Elizabeth established The Gift of a Story. The Gift of a Story was birthed at her make-up studio with the objective to collect and donate brand new children’s books to The Maria Fareri Children’s hospital. In 2018 she expanded this project JCY-Westchester Community Partners and collected and donated both brand new children’s books and gently used books. Shawna Elizabeth attributes the success of The Gift of a Story to all the clients, friends and family that support this project.
Shawna Elizabeth will continue to educate all women on skin care and make-up artistry. Her goal is to share all her knowledge, contribute to her community and empower women, after all …”who runs the world?”
